Privacy Policy
Revora is operated by Pip install -AI Technologies (RC 8553896), Faith Bible Church, Akobo, Ibadan, Nigeria; phone +234 810 461 1794.
Revora ("we", "us") provides a dashboard for online businesses and media buyers in Nigeria: it manages orders, deliveries, websites, ads and WhatsApp conversations in one place. This policy explains what data we handle, why, and the choices you have. We follow the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
1. Who is who
- Our customers (businesses and their media buyers, admins, customer-care staff and delivery agents) create accounts and use Revora. For their own account data we are the controller.
- Our customers' customers (people who order, message or are called by a business) are data subjects of that business. For that data we act as a processor: the business decides what to do with it and we process it on their instructions.
2. Data we collect
| Data | Examples | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Account data | Name, email, phone, role, company, login details (passwords are hashed by our login provider) | Run your account and keep it secure |
| Business data you enter | Products, prices, websites, order forms, team, delivery details, wallet and payment records | Provide the service |
| Customer order data | Customer name, phone, address, items ordered, order status | Process and deliver orders for the business |
| Meta (Facebook) data you connect | Ad accounts, pages, pixel/dataset IDs, ad spend and results, campaign and ad content, WhatsApp Business account and number | Show your results, create and manage ads you ask for, send conversion events, and run your WhatsApp line |
| WhatsApp messages | Messages, media, delivery and read status between a business and its customers | Show conversations, send order updates and replies |
| Call data | Order-confirmation call recordings and transcripts, if you switch AI calling on | Confirm orders and show call outcomes |
| Usage and device data | Pages used, errors, browser type, IP address | Security, fixing bugs, improving the product |
3. Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) permissions
When you choose "Continue with Facebook" or "Set up WhatsApp", Meta shows exactly what you are sharing and you pick the ad accounts, pages and numbers. We use that access only to:
- read your ad spend, results and balance (
ads_read); - create, pause, resume and edit the campaigns and ads you ask for, and send Purchase events for your confirmed orders to your own dataset (
ads_management); - list your ad accounts, pages and WhatsApp accounts so you can choose (
business_management,pages_show_list,pages_read_engagement); - create or connect your WhatsApp number and send and receive messages with your customers on it (
whatsapp_business_management,whatsapp_business_messaging).
We do not sell Meta data, use it for advertising to you, or share it with anyone except the service providers below. You can remove access at any time in Revora (Settings) or in Facebook (Settings → Business Integrations).
3b. Connecting Revora to Claude or ChatGPT
If you connect Revora to an AI app (Claude, ChatGPT), you sign in with your own Revora login and approve the connection inside that app. The AI app can then use Revora as you, within your role: it can read your company's ad accounts, results, products, orders and funding information and, only when you clearly say yes, launch or change ads and send money. What you type to the AI app and what it shows is handled by that app under its own terms; Revora receives only the requests the app makes to Revora on your behalf, and records every change made this way (tool, person, result) in an audit log.
Your transfer PIN is entered in a private form and goes only to Revora; it is not shared with the AI app and is stored as a salted one-way hash. You can see and disconnect every connected AI app in Settings, then AI apps, at any time. Full details: connector documentation.
3a. Websites you build with Revora
If you add tools such as Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or Microsoft Clarity to a website you build with Revora, those providers collect data about your visitors for you. You are responsible for telling your visitors and for following those providers' terms. Revora itself does not add these to your site unless you do.
4. Who we share data with
Only providers that help us run the service, under contract: Supabase (database and login), Vercel (hosting), Meta Platforms (ads and WhatsApp), Paystack (payments), OpenAI (AI features such as the website builder and assistant, only the text needed for the request), and Telnyx (phone calls, if enabled). We may disclose data when the law requires it.
5. How long we keep it
While your account is active. After you delete your account or ask us to delete data, we remove it within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (for example payment records) and encrypted backups, which expire within 90 days.
6. Security
Data is encrypted in transit. Access is limited by role and by company, so one business cannot see another's data. Access tokens from Meta are stored on our servers and are never shown in the browser. No system is perfectly secure; if there is a breach that affects you we will tell you and the regulator as the law requires.
7. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, object to some processing, or withdraw consent. Customers of a business should first contact that business; we will help the business respond. To delete your data see Delete your data. You may also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
8. Children
Revora is for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 18.
9. Changes and contact
If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for big changes, tell account owners. Contact: hello@pipinstallsofi.com.
